How many times have you been able to lose weight or been successful on your weight loss program only to fall back into old patterns and abruptly put weight back on? The real secret to successful and long term weight loss is making permanent changes in relation to what you eat and how you exercise. All health experts agree that even a 5% to 15% weight loss will not only improve your health but increase the quality of your life.
You weight loss or gain is based on the amount of calories you consume daily and the amount of calories you burn off in a day. Simply put, a calorie is the amount of energy in food that is available through digestion. Ergo, to lose weight, and keep it off, you need to create a weight loss program or diet plan that includes taking in less calories than you use and combine it with regular physical activity.
There are many weight loss diets that limit your portions and you will lose weight but you are not satisfied with the meal selection over the long term and subsequently retreat to old eating habits. Design your own diet that includes a variety of foods you enjoy but also supply enough calories and nutrients to maintain proper nutrition. Include fresh vegetables, fruit, fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products along with whole grains. Choose meats that are lean and eat chicken, fish, eggs, beans and nuts. Lay off the sugar and look for food that is low in saturated fat, trans fat and low in cholesterol.
You may not want to hear this but to lose weight and keep weight off you will have to include moderate daily exercise into your “keep it off” weight loss plan. Thirty minutes of moderately intense exercise daily, or close to daily, is necessary and combined with your weight loss diet will prevent the weight from coming back. You don’t have to do 30 minutes at one time. Break it up into three 10 minute sessions or two 15 minute sessions. The key…Do It!
You are well aware there are hundreds of weight loss programs available and enough diet books to fill a 1000 warehouses. When choosing your initial weight loss product or weight loss program be aware that safe weight loss programs and diets will offer books, pamphlets, and other material written by professional in the weight loss field. A safe weight loss program will offer qualified information about healthy eating plans and will advocate daily exercise. If you choose to buy prepackaged meals, be careful as they can be very expensive.
If you are overweight and in need of a weight loss program I urge you to take action today. If you have lost weight and want to maintain your weight loss follow the simple plan I have introduced. Whatever the case, here’s to your continued sojourn to a healthier, wealthier, happy life. The purpose of fasting is not to just get hungry and thirsty but it is to become pious. So one should stay away from Un-Islamic things such as:
* Getting angry
* Using Bad language
* Back biting and gossip
* Arguing and fighting with Muslims.
* Being rude and impolite
* Looking, touching , flirting with non-mehrems of the opposite sex.
* lying and cheating
* Engaging in riba (interest, usury)
* women non wearing Hijab
* men shaving beards and having cloths below ankles
* allying with the enemies of Islam against the Muslims
* promoting Un-Islamic ideologies such as democracy and socialism.
* basically staying away from anything that is Haram (strictly forbidden).

Me:
I think that the reason why Muslims fast is because it makes us feel for the poor. As the other answerer pointed out, it really does show us the difference. It also teaches us patience and moreover it's healthy for the human body, as long as one follows all the rules (i.e. waking up at dawn and eating, and no overeating at sunset, because Muslims tend to do that and that's Haram).
Edit: AND it's fun… as Steve said. =)
AMAZING!! love it!
its like u took a picture@@
AMAZINGGG
Heres a famous physics quote for you "any significantly more advanced technology would seem like nothing more than magic" for example show a black berry to an caveman, you would be hailed as magical.
hope this helps
*sub*
amazing, how is that possible!? !?
holy shit ur awesome i wish i had ur talent keep up that good work/natacha
my favorite actor! too!
Johnny Depp! best movie Edward Scissorhands! your Awsom! artist!
i think its cool that you're being creative and writing a story bout boxing, thats tight
but honestly i didnt read the whole thing because its very hard to read without punctuation marks.
also you have some very basic spelling errors such as you wrote "lives" instead of "life's".
if you're gonna turn it in its important to pay attention to small details like that.
anyway its a good start, but i think if you want people's feedback i would suggest posting smaller amounts and including punctuation
I think, it needs punctuation to be able to read it easily.
I'm sorry, but this story is a bit unoriginal. Did you know there has been more boxing films made is Hollywood than any other film? So bookwise, i don't know how great it will do. But don't feel bad! If you really want my advice, I would write fantasy. It can last for a long time and follow no rules of the real world whatsoever. Like, for example, Warriors. I don't know if you've heard of them or not, but they are the BEST!!!
P.S.
Thats my opinion. If you think your story will do well, go for it. And keep in mind, im only like 12.
wow
to be honest i did not read it all, your spelling and grammar is appalling and that makes reading what you write very very difficult.
Try re-writing it after having improved your spelling and grammar, and put in some paragraphs eh?
GOOD JOB! I Will Susrcibe!
The way you have written your question causes me to doubt that you are at uni; however that doesn't mean that you haven't written several novels.
So, that aside, I think your writing has some heft to it, but that it is compromised by your lack of technical skill. You have some good ideas for plot and character, but you haven't yet learned how to develop them (you are simply STATING, instead of DEVELOPING).
That said, I hope you will not give up. Just realize that good writing takes more than story ideas and the discipline to write it out (although those are very important — and you are ahead of many people when it comes to that). You now have to study the craft. Work on your grammar, syntax, character development, and plotting techniques.
You not only have to write a good novel, you want to get it published. Editors will only read so far into a text. If you don't know the basics of good writing (including all the rules for grammar, punctuation, etc.), they just stop reading.
cool beans
can’t believe it’s drawn out of nothing, could be a photography!
I find it very hard to believe that you've gotten any offers for publication, or that you've been published in the past – your grammar and spelling are pretty bad. Definitely not what you would expect from a published author.
